A guide to buy a laptop

Hello friends it's been a long time I have not wrote any blog as my laptop has some error on it and I can not write any blog . So at the maximum I will try to write a blog in an week and publish at the same time.

so coming to the point do you want to buy a laptop and you are so confused which one to buy don't worry, so today I am your laptop guide so let's get started.

1) Operating system required:

                                        Ok the first you need to choose is your operating system the Windows operating system, Mac OS , Chrome OS or Linux. I think you probably know the answer to this if you are loved to apple company that is you are a apple user ,then of course you can choose the Macbook air or pro will do, and that beautiful laptop are cool to use but as expensive as it can but if you wish to go on with the workstation, gaming etc,..then you cannot go on with these macbook.

•  If you want to go on with smooth video editing or some microsoft work with excel, word, presentation or gaming etc., you can go on with windows operating system,but on one condition if you want to do all these which i had given then the only choice is to take win 10 .
• Then there is chrome book which run on google cloud based chrome OS. These are really popular to students it's usually more cheaper and they act more as the terminal for accessing apps in the cloud like google docs , dropbox and of course the web browser .It all depends on you if you are a student and want a basic laptop to access the web and no need any other things then it will be the best.

 

• Linux laptop is not for any gaming or any other things it is recommended for the coders who want to code, it is so much fast other than any operating system linux is the most secured one no hackers can easily hack into this device so easily , So linux is the best.

2)Size: 

       The main thing you need to see in your laptop is the size if you need not do anything except than working in excel , word etc., then a 13 to 14 inch laptop will do. If you are a gamer and want to do gaming 16 inch laptop is so much for us but there are laptops of 17 inch but that will be more costlier . The main thing is you need to write down a checklist of what you need then it will be more easier for you to buy laptop.

3)Display:

        If you want to consume the multimedia then there are 360 degree foldable laptop then you can keep it  in V shape and can watch any videos or movies like you are watching on phone with a stand.     

    The 360 degree foldable laptops are more usable than any other you can handle it like Tab in your hand and work more easily. As I am telling about  display and your playing more games and see action movies then you should see about fast refresh rate for normal 60 Hz are enough but there is 120 Hz which is fast. If you want to do more video editing and photoshop works then you can see about colors. The max should be 95% to 98%then you can see the accuracy of the colors .

Then the next thing is the Web cam and microphone. So most of the people are doing video conference in zoom , google meet and web x meet. So, for that web cam is important and built in microphone is important. Nowadays in laptop there are three microphone one for noise cancellation and our voice can reach them clearly without any delay and search for a laptop which has the in-built web cam .

4) Build quality

                The most important thing we do not notice while buying a laptop is that the build quality. If you are buying a laptop for 30000 or some more cheaper then we should see at their build quality that is the plastic made is not of good quality and of slight crash on any wall may break the plastic and cannot charge , put any pendrive or any other things like HDMI cable etc., please see a nice quality of it and buy.

5)Ports:

        Nowadays we should concentrate on the ports on the laptop. The ports we must have is that minimum one USB type - C, and we   must have atleast 3 USB type-A ports one must be USB 3.0 and others maybe 2.0 . The point we should have USB 3.0 is we can transfer data fast within few minutes compared to other ports.

6)Connectivity:

            The connectivity is important as we have Wi-Fi and bluetooth connectivity. Nowadays Wi-Fi 6.0 has came but that is costlier but normally we should have Wi-Fi 5.0 and bluetooth 5.0 too. As devices that are in bluetooth are nowadays made up of bluetooth 5.0 , so it is important to have this feature in our laptop.

 

6) Battery life:

            So friends battery life is so important so see that we have 8hrs of battery life why I am saying is when you go to shop to buy they say that it has 10hrs , 12hrs etc., but from that reduce 20% that is 8hrs because they are done when in ideal condition not in regular condition. Another thing is that if your budget is more then we should have the fast charging support that is it can charge upto 50% in 30-40.

7)Processor, ram , graphics card and storage:

                     Coming on to the most important thing the storage if you want a good storage then there are more laptops starting from 1 TB hard-disk 256 SSD we should look at this when we buy a laptop. Next we can talk about the processor which one should we buy amd or intel, for this clarification i will write a new blog on this if you want. So from the past few years amd is the best processor with no heating issue and more powerful till more years but intel has not that much power. Coming to ram there should be minimum of 8GB and max of 16GB for normal users but for gamers should be 32GB of ram . The most important now is graphics card there are more good graphics but for normal users there is no need of graphics card for gamers it is the most important.
